At Luke & Jack, we sell products that support your sex life and we fully intend to support any customer that relies on our products throughout this tough time. If we can help, we're here.
We're open online and at our Glasgow store
As restrictions are lifting for many retail stores in Scotland our Glasgow store has now re-opened to the public for a counter service only. Our temporary opening times for July are Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm. Counter service means that as we completely reconfigure the layout of the store to comply with social distancing only 2 customers can come into the store at any one time. You will not be able to browse the store as normal but a member of our store team is on hand to help. The counter is now closer to the door and once we have completed our new layout we will then be restricting the number of people beyond the counter to the rest of the store.
There will be restrictions on the number of people in the store for the foreseeable future so to avoid disappointment we recommend booking a slot to help us conform with social distancing.
Please be mindful that the coronavirus hasn't gone away and we all need to take care of ourselves and stay safe, so keep 2 metres away from other customers in the store as much as possible. We strongly recommend wearing a face covering while in-store. Hand sanitiser is available as you enter and leave the store.
LUKEANDJACK.co.uk remains up and running so you can continue to shop online and browse our extensive collection of pleasure products. Orders will be processed by our team as usual.
You can also reach out to our communications team for help with choosing products or queries, please find contact details at the bottom of this page.
New measures we're taking
We’ve already implemented strict measures to ensure that we’re keeping our team safe with the majority on furlough and limiting on-site staff. These measures include the use of perspex screen at the counter, personal protection equipment, a skeleton rota, and a reconfigured layout to ensure our staff are spaced out into different rooms or areas, well over the recommended 2m spacing. Our aim is to keep sending your purchases to you whilst ensuring the safety of everyone involved. We know that both you and our team expect nothing less.
To help serve customers who are unable or unwilling to risk visiting retail stores we have now introduced a bookable video call service. You can find out more about this new service here.
Can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order with us. Our website remains online and you can order our full collection of products to be delivered right to you. Our communications team is ready to help with any advice or order queries.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call us and we can process your order over the phone, we're available for calls between 11 am and 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. This is also the only way to order products that we normally stock at our Glasgow store but are not listed on this website.
Can I collect from your Glasgow store?
Yes, you can. Please remember that delivery times for orders placed on our website can be the same as for home delivery so if you are looking to pick up your purchase with 3 days please give us a call first. Not all products are stocked at our Glasgow store but a member of our store team will be able to help. To keep up to date with the latest news on our Glasgow store please check the latest info on our Facebook and Twitter channels.
Will regular lead times for orders be affected?
Although we do aim to maintain existing delivery timelines during this time, we are reliant on postal services which are under increased pressure so please bear with us if there’s a little delay. Most deliveries will be by either UPS or Royal Mail and we'll choose between these for the best delivery times.
I'm desperate, can I get my purchase faster than usual?
We'll do our very best to get products to everyone as quickly as possible if you're in a rush please reach out to our communications team first before placing an order online. Once again if you require faster delivery please give us a call first.
I've received my purchase but there is a problem, what should I do?
We are now able to provide face to face support at our Glasgow store during our new temporary opening times if you are in easy reach of us. If you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, our communications team can advise on additional product advise, returns and exchanges, and product warranties. Please reach out to us on any of the methods noted further down this page.
We're here to help
Our communications team is partially working from home (please excuse any naughty family members and pets that may want to be heard in the background) between 11 am and 5 pm from Monday to Saturday and available to help you with any questions. We aim to extend these time slots further in the coming weeks.
Please reach out to us on 0141 552 5699, email email@example.com or speak to us on our live chat feature or any of our social media channels and we'll do everything we can to help.
