Measures we're taking
We’ve already implemented strict measures to ensure that we’re keeping our team safe with the majority on furlough and limiting on-site staff. These measures include the use of personal protection equipment, a skeleton rota and a reconfigured layout to ensure our staff are spaced out into different rooms or areas, well over the recommended 2m spacing. Our aim is to keep sending your purchases to you whilst ensuring the safety of everyone involved. We know that both you and our staff expect nothing less.
For so many people, sex is an essential part of life and during this already difficult time for people, we believe that if we are able to have a positive impact, make someone’s day or enable them to continue to find pleasure during the lockdown, then we’ll continue to operate.

Can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order with us. Our website remains online and you can order our full collection of products to be delivered right to you. Our communications team is ready to help with any advice or order queries.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call us and we can process your order over the phone, we're available for calls between 11 am and 5 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Can I collect from your Glasgow store?
For the safety of both our staff and our customers, we have taken the precaution of temporarily closing our Glasgow Showroom from the 20th of March. As soon as it is safe and prudent to do so, our showroom will reopen.
Will regular lead times for orders be affected?
Although we do aim to maintain existing delivery timelines during this time, we are reliant on postal services which are under increased pressure so please bear with us if there’s a little delay. Most deliveries will be by either UPS or Royal Mail and we'll choose between these for the best delivery times.
I'm desperate, can I get my purchase faster than usual?
We'll do our very best to get products to everyone as quickly as possible if you're in a rush please reach out to our communications team.
I've received my purchase but there is a problem, what should I do?
While we're unable to provide face to face support at our Glasgow store we’ll be happy to do this for you once our showroom reopens. If you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, our communications team can advise on additional product advise, returns and exchanges, and product warranties. Please reach out to us on any of the methods noted further down this page.
