At Luke & Jack, we sell products that support your sex life and we fully intend to support any customer that relies on our products throughout this tough time. If we can help, we're here.
Our Glasgow store.
The Scottish Government has announced that Mainland Scotland will move back to Level 4 restrictions from 26th December and that non-essential retail businesses will be closed for at least 3 weeks. This means that once again our Glasgow store is closed to the public and it will not be possible for you to enter the store under any circumstances.
Click and collect has been disabled on our website for online orders and following the latest restrictions announced on 4th January 2021 we will not be offering kerbside collection for the foreseeable future.
Do not, and we cannot stress this enough, just turn up at the store on the chance of being served at the door. You will not be served in person until current restrictions by the Scottish Government have been eased.
We're open online.
We still remain open online for home delivery. However, our delivery partners are under extreme pressure right now due to the pandemic and Brexit. This means that usual delivery times are not guaranteed and delays are expected until February 2021. Once we know more about any changes to the current situation we will update this page.
Need some extra help with shopping online? We know that shopping online just isn't the same as shopping in-store which is why we have introduced our new video call service. You can find out more about this new service here.
Can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order with us. Our website remains online and you can order our full collection of products to be delivered right to you. Our communications team is ready to help with any advice or order queries.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call us and we can process your order over the phone, we're available for calls Mon-Sat 11 am to 5 pm (except public holidays). This is also the best way to order products that we normally stock at our Glasgow store but are not listed on this website.
Can I collect from your Glasgow store?
No. Following the latest restrictions, we will not be offering kerbside collection until further notice. To keep up to date with the latest news on our Glasgow store please check the latest info on our Facebook and Twitter channels.
Will regular lead times for orders be affected?
Although we do aim to maintain existing delivery timelines during this time, we are reliant on our delivery partners which are under increased pressure so please bear with us if there is a delay. Most deliveries will be by either UPS or Royal Mail and we'll choose between these for the best delivery times.
I'm desperate, can I get my purchase faster than usual?
We'll do our very best to get products to everyone as quickly as possible if you're in a rush please reach out to our communications team first before placing an order online. Once again if you require faster delivery please give us a call first to avoid disappointment.
I've received my purchase but there is a problem, what should I do?
We are not able to provide face to face support at our Glasgow store during the new restrictions. If you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, our communications team can advise on additional product advise, returns and exchanges, and product warranties. Please reach out to us on any of the methods noted further down this page.
We're here to help
Our communications team is partially working from home (please excuse any naughty family members and pets that may want to be heard in the background) between 11 am and 5 pm from Monday to Saturday and available to help you with any questions. We aim to extend these time slots further in the coming weeks.
Please reach out to us on 0141 552 5699, email firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to us on our live chat feature or any of our social media channels and we'll do everything we can to help.
