Our Glasgow store.
Our Glasgow store has now re-opened to allow safe shopping in-store. Just like before the last lockdown, we have the usual COVID safety rules in place.
Maximum Capacity - we can only allow a limited number of people into the store to comply with social distancing. This means that at busy times you may have to wait before we can let you into the rest of the store. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
Cleaning - please use the hand sanitiser available at the door to ensure the limited possibility of transmission on surfaces and products. We continue to clean surfaces throughout the store daily.
Face Masks - the wearing of facemasks beyond the front counter is mandatory. If you have a medical exemption for the wearing of a mask please contact us first so that we can make suitable arrangements for you.
You can still shop online with us for home delivery but to book an in-store or kerbside collection please call us first on 0141 552 5699 so that we can give you a 1-hour delivery window. Lines are open Monday to Saturday 11 am to 6 pm.
We're open online.
We still remain open online for home delivery. However, our delivery partners are under extreme pressure right now due to the pandemic and Brexit. This means that usual delivery times are not guaranteed and delays are expected. Once we know more about any changes to the current situation we will update this page.

Can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order with us. Our website remains online and you can order our full collection of products to be delivered right to you. Our communications team is ready to help with any advice or order queries.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call us and we can process your order over the phone, we're available for calls Mon-Sat 11 am to 5 pm (except public holidays). This is also the best way to order products that we normally stock at our Glasgow store but are not listed on this website.
Can I collect it from your Glasgow store?
Yes. This is only available for orders confirmed over the phone and with a pre-booked 1-hour collection window. To keep up to date with the latest news on our Glasgow store please check the latest info on our Facebook and Twitter channels.
Will regular lead times for orders be affected?
Although we do aim to maintain existing delivery timelines during this time, we are reliant on our delivery partners which are under increased pressure so please bear with us if there is a delay. Most deliveries will be by either UPS or Royal Mail and we'll choose between these for the best delivery times.
I'm desperate, can I get my purchase faster than usual?
We'll do our very best to get products to everyone as quickly as possible if you're in a rush please reach out to our communications team first before placing an order online. Once again if you require faster delivery please give us a call first to avoid disappointment.
I've received my purchase but there is a problem, what should I do?
We are not able to provide face to face support at our Glasgow store during the new restrictions. If you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, our communications team can advise on additional product advise, returns and exchanges, and product warranties. Please reach out to us on any of the methods noted further down this page.
