Purchases below £50 will have a delivery charge of £5.95 (inclusive of VAT) to cover the cost of postage and packaging. 

Click and Collect Service
Our Click and Collect service is now disabled for orders placed online.

If you would like to order for store collection please contact us first either on the chatbox or giving the store a call on 0141 552 5699 during store opening hours.

Delivery Information ship most items via UPS or Royal Mail, using their Standard Delivery service which usually takes 3-7 working days.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be sent via a trackable service that will require a signature at the point of delivery. UPS or Royal Mail may alter the need for a signature to protect and secure the health of their staff during the current coronavirus crisis.

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives then it may be taken to a local collection point for you to pick up at a time more convenient to you. Information about where your package is can be found in the tracking link that will be sent to you.

Countries we currently ship to:

United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden. During the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis delivery to certain areas may not be possible where severe restrictions on movement are in place. 



Our returns policy and your rights
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 14 days.

At, we go even further. You can cancel your order within 30 days for a full refund (excluding P & P) all we ask is that these items are unused or unworn and retain their original packaging or tags. In exceptional circumstances, we may also charge a 15% re-stocking fee unless the item is faulty. Your money will be returned within 7 days from us receiving the returned product.

During the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis our returns procedures are amended to reflect the difficulty that may be experienced trying to send packages back to us.

Firstly please contact us via the website, email or by calling (+44) 0141 552 5699 or texting us on 07916 958652. You can also reach us on WhatsApp with this number. Calls from blocked numbers will not be answered.

Go to your Account page and select the appropriate order. At the bottom of this page you can find the RMA request. Once authourised by us you will be able to download the return address instructions.

Once we receive the item(s)
We will replace the item(s) and, if proved to be faulty we will pay the postage.

Please remember
Always contact us FIRST
Always pack the item(s) securely and send by 'Recorded Delivery' or any tracked service.
Always include a note with your details, explaining the problem.

Please do not send to our Glasgow store unless explicitly told to do so.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
