We ship all items in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Purchases below £40 will have a delivery charge of £4.95 to cover the cost of postage and packaging.
Click and Collect Service
This free service gives our customers the freedom to collect their order at a time that’s convenient to them at our Glasgow store. Simply select Store Collection at the checkout and we will email you when your order arrives and is ready for collection (generally within 72 hours).
Lukeandjack.co.uk ship items via Royal Mail, using their Standard Delivery service which usually takes 3-7 working days.
Orders over the value of £50.00 will be sent via Recorded Delivery for insurance purposes.
Please note that recorded delivery items will require a signature upon receipt.
Our returns policy and your rights
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
At lukeandjack.co.uk, we go even further. You can cancel your order within 30 days for a full refund (excluding P & P), in exceptional circumstances we may also charge a 15% re-stocking fee unless the item is faulty. Your money will be returned within 7 days from us receiving the returned product.
What you need to do
1 : Contact Luke & Jack by phone, by email or in writing for Return Authorization
2 : Pack the item(s) SECURELY, preferably in the original packaging
3 : Put a note in the parcel (ESSENTIAL) with your details and describing the problem
4 : Post item(s) to the address we will give you.
5 : Use Royal Mail's 'Recorded delivery' to make sure item arrives safely and quickly

Once we receive the item(s)
We will replace the item(s) and, if proved to be faulty we will pay the postage.
Always contact us FIRST
Always pack the item(s) securely and send by Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery'
Always include a note with your details, explaining the problem.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
