Our Click and Collect service is currently unavailable due to the store being closed until further notice during the current coronavirus outbreak.
Lukeandjack.co.uk ship most items via UPS, using their Standard Delivery service which usually takes 3-7 working days.
Orders over the value of £50.00 will be sent via UPS courier and will require a signature at the point of delivery. UPS may alter the need for a signature to protect and secure the health of their staff during the current coronavirus outbreak.
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives then it may be taken to a local collection point for you to pick up at a time more convenient to you. Information about where your package is can be found in the tracking link that will be sent to you.

During the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis our returns procedures are amended to reflect the difficulty that may be experienced trying to send packages back to us.
Firstly please contact us via the website or by calling or texting us on 07916 958652. You can also reach us on WhatsApp with this number. Calls from blocked numbers will not be answered.
Once we receive the item(s)
We will replace the item(s) and, if proved to be faulty we will pay the postage.
Always contact us FIRST
Always pack the item(s) securely and send by 'Recorded Delivery' or any tracked service.
Always include a note with your details, explaining the problem.
Please do not send to our Glasgow store unless explicitly told to do so.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
