Delivery Rates
Purchases below £40 will have a delivery charge of £4.95 to cover the cost of postage and packaging. 

Click and Collect Service
This free service gives our customers the freedom to collect their order at a time that’s convenient for them at our Glasgow store. Simply select Store Collection at the checkout and we will email you when your order arrives and is ready for collection. Please note that this service is not quicker than home delivery but is there for convenience only and can take 3 to 7 working days.

Delivery Information ship most items via Royal Mail, using their Standard Delivery service which usually takes 3-7 working days. We also ship via UPS
Orders over the value of £40.00 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Sign For service or UPS courier and will require a signature at the point of delivery

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives then it will be taken to a local collection point for you to pick up at a time more convenient to you. Information about where your package is can be found in the tracking link that will be sent to you.



Our returns policy and your rights
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 14 days.

At, we go even further. You can cancel your order within 30 days for a full refund (excluding P & P) all we ask is that these items are unused or unworn and retain their original packaging or tags. In exceptional circumstances, we may also charge a 15% re-stocking fee unless the item is faulty. Your money will be returned within 7 days from us receiving the returned product.

What you need to do

Returns procedure:
1 : Visit your account page for your Order History where you be able to select the items you wish to return.
2 : Pack the item(s) SECURELY, preferably in the original packaging
3 : Put a note in the parcel (ESSENTIAL) with your details and describe the problem
4 : Post item(s) to the address we will give you.
5 : Use Royal Mail's 'Recorded delivery' to make sure item arrives safely and quickly

Once we receive the item(s)
We will replace the item(s) and, if proved to be faulty we will pay the postage.

Always pack the item(s) securely and send by Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery'
Always include a note with your details, explaining the problem.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
